As the founder of Eleven North, Jerry not only offers a wealth of experience but has a diverse perspective on creating wealth through property development, in the Melbourne market. He has a career that spans well over two decades as a director and high performing sales agent, and has been involved in over $6.5 billion in property sales.

After 10 years as a sales consultant in 2008, he opened his first real estate office in Ashburton, and over the next decade, grew the business to include four 4 offices and a commercial department, with close to 100 staff employed.

Additionally, Jerry is a seasoned property developer and has bought, sold and developed over $220,000,000 in real estate, involving over 50 projects and counting. Over this time, he has built a large network of consultants, builders, town planners and designers that support him through the development process.

Apart from being a fully licensed estate agent, Jerry has a Certificate 4 in Finance and a Certificate 4 in Building and Construction. Jerry is also a mentor and coach to others in property development and the real estate industry.

Outside of his career, Jerry is a dedicated family man. A proud husband father to three adorable children.
